We develop and manufacture precise polymer components without the need for investment in expensive conventional molds. Thanks to advanced casting techniques, we deliver fully functional parts starting from 1 piece. We offer a flexible and affordable solution for both prototyping and small-batch projects across a wide material range—from soft elastomers and silicones to structural polyurethanes [13 Shore A – 87 Shore D]. These serve as a full-fledged replacement for injection-molded plastics (ABS, PP, PA) in the production of housings, brackets, or other functional components.
Assembly and fixing fixtures, custom nests, suction cups, and stoppers. Parts that do not scratch final products, pressure rollers, sealing elements, and custom shaped seals.
Visual plastic components, device enclosures, and housings for electronics. Precise anti-vibration feet and damping pads for high-end audio.
Polyurethane and silicone molds for casting design elements from concrete, plaster, and epoxies. Molds for the production of candles, soaps, and confectionery.
We provide precise copying and small-batch duplication of industrial components and shaped parts using direct casting from real physical master samples—for new production, maintenance, and restoration. Based on the application purpose, we select the optimal material from a range spanning soft elastomers to rigid polyurethanes [13 Shore A to 87 Shore D], including special clear and UV-stable resins for optical elements or lenses.
Restoration for Maintenance and Classic Cars: We solve critical spare part shortages. We provide replication of worn or broken components that are no longer manufactured and lack drawing documentation. We produce the mold via direct physical transfer from the existing piece, guaranteeing precise retention of real geometry and fit.
Duplication of New CNC Master Models: An effective alternative to expensive machining. From a single milled CNC prototype or 3D print, we create a flexible mold and subsequently cast 100% functional copies at a fraction of the cost, without tying up your own machine time.
Artistic and Heritage Restoration: We offer the production of highly durable flexible molds and templates for the restoration of historical objects, urban furniture, and decorative elements. Based on a preserved master—whether pieces of decorative concrete fences, railings, statues, period lamps, or cornices—we create a precise mold. Preservationists and contractors can then cast plaster, decorative concrete, or artificial stone directly on-site or in the workshop.
Original problem: In the machine for manufacturing turbine blades, metal fixtures covered with leather were used to prevent scratching the parts. However, the leather regularly became dirty and wore out quickly, which required constant maintenance and unnecessary machine downtime.
Our technical solution: Based on the supplied 3D data, we modified the geometry of the fixtures for polyurethane casting technology. The first prototype was quickly produced using 3D printing to precisely verify the correct fit of the blade without play. Subsequently, we manufactured the mold and cast a series of 28 durable fixtures.
Result for the customer: The new monolithic polyurethane fixtures are easy to clean, provide perfect damping, leave no marks or scratches on the blades, and completely eliminated the need for gluing and replacing leather.
Upload your 3D model (.step, .stl), send a technical drawing, or provide a physical master sample for replication.
We personally review the options with you, help select the ideal polymer and optimal hardness, and present a price quote.
Based on the approved details, we launch technical 3D printing of the prototype or small-batch casting into molds.
We inspect every manufactured component and deliver the finished parts directly to your company.
In the B2B segment, we build on a personal approach. If you do not have a 3D model ready or are unsure about the correct polymer selection, we will gladly consult all technical options with you personally.
