The original part is scanned using a 3D scanner. The missing parts are measured according to the place of assembly of the part by our technician.
Digitalisation
The scanned part is edited, missing parts are added, and other parts such as reinforcements and fillings are added according to the functionality requirements.
Production
We will print the finished 3D model on a 3D printer. The part is then tested to ensure functionality and desired properties.
After that, the part is made from the required material. (3D printing, casting, machining)
