Multipolymer fixtures
The fixtures are multipolymer made, to reach a different properties on different parts of fixtures. The base is made by 3D printer, ABS, ABS-ESD, ASA, PST, PET, CPE-HG, PLA, PA materials, and additional parts are made of same materials or polyurethans and silicones with different hardness.
In production, especially during the assembly and manipulation of decorative or visible parts, it is necessary to ensure that the fixtures do not damage these parts in any way, do not scratch and/or leave any marks on the visible part.
Therefore, the use of polyurethanes and silicones is a solution to prevent this problem. With greater fixture hardness, you can use it, for example, for pressing plastic parts together, and on the other hand, low hardness is required for leakager test, labeling, etc.
